We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, reliable part-time office assistant to support day-to-day operations at our vibrant community music school. You will partner with our office manager and program coordinators to greet students and families, respond to questions about our programs in person, on the phone and via email, handle scheduling changes, process enrollment fees, and other general office tasks. A positive attitude, good interpersonal and organizational skills, and a willingness to dive in and learn are required.
