Tuition Assistance

At Music Works, we believe that music should be available to all members of our community, regardless of their age, skill levels, or economic status, which is why we're happy to offer sliding scale pricing options. Eligibility is determined via application and given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Availability of sliding scale pricing options are based on donations from the community and are therefore not guaranteed.

Sliding scale pricing options are available for private instruction (30 minute lessons only), summer camps, group instruction and ensembles, and music therapy (clinical half hour).

If you're interested in applying, please download our application or fill out the form below. As verification of your monthly household income, we ask that you provide a copy of your most recently completed 1040 Federal Income Tax Return, if available. If you have other information that can support your need for assistance, please provide it with the application. All information provided to us is entirely confidential.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email from our financial office regarding the status. From there, you will be responsible for contacting registration to sign up. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us - we're always here to help!

Please submit your form and your most recent 1040 tax return below, or download the form and return it with your tax return to us in person or send it to registration@musicworksnw.org.
