Denali Williams has been exploring the world of percussion since he was a toddler banging on his mothers' pots and pans on the kitchen floor. After receiving a Bachelor of Music degree in Percussion Performance from Eastern Washington University in 2000 he moved to Seattle and won a position with the Tacoma Symphony. Always a drumset artist at heart, Denali performs and records regularly with rockers, funksters, improvisers, and country singers throughout the Northwest getting to share the stage with names such as Ray Charles, Steely Dan, and the Funky Meters. Denali also performs regularly with numerous symphony orchestras, such as the Tacoma Symphony and Bellevue Philharmonic, and percussion groups, such as New York's Loop 2.4.3.
