Facility Rentals

Music Works NW has rooms available to rent for events. The following rates are for the fiscal year October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. Special rates are available to 501(3)C non-profit organizations, WMEA members, Washington Chapter of MTNA members and the Washing chapter of PAS. Please call for details.
All fees are paid in advance. In some cases we may require a non-refundable 50% deposit.

Practice Rooms

Practice rooms are available at the following days and hours:
1:00 to 3:00 pm, 8:00 to 9:00 pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (no availabilty on Wednesday)
1:00 to 9:00 pm on Friday
9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday
No after hours practice

Rate: $15 per hour

Classrooms

Our classroom space is moderate in size, perfect for gatherings of 25 people or less. Included in the prices below are up to 25 chairs, a whiteboard, one 8 X 2.5 rectangular table all pre-set. Additional chairs will not fit in these rooms.

Rate: $30 per hour (It is possible to rent equipment and musical instruments at an additional cost.)

After hours rental add $30 per hour to the rate above for each hour after Music Works NW's regular closing time
Unscheduled overtime $100 per hour (includes clean up time)

Studio B

Studio B is our largest available room with a capacity of about 120 people. The rates below include a maximum of 60 chairs set up and two 8 foot rectangular tables. We do not provide linens, table cloths, or extension cords for equipment other than MWNW property.

Rate: $45 per hour (It is possible to rent equipment and musical instruments at an additional cost.)

Warm up rooms $5 per room
After hours rental add $30 per hour to the rate above for each hour after Music Works NW's regular closing time
Unscheduled overtime $100 per hour (includes clean up time)
