Percussionist Jack Toker studied with Dan Brosey, Tony Williams, Norman Grossman, Roy Knapp, (percussionist for C.B.S.), Don Williams. He is currently on the faculty of several Pacific Northwest high schools and the Cornish Institute. Mr. Toker has performed with Lou Rawls, Raquel Welch, Tony Orlando, Jaco Pastorius and many others; toured with U.S.O. throughout Japan, Korea and the Carribean; performances at Newport Jazz Festival and Bumbershoot. Mr. Toker has appeared on radio and television and is a member of both the Gerry Frank Trio and the Jim Washburn Trio. Music Works is proud to offer individual percussion lessons with Jack Toker.
