REGISTRATION INFORMATION To sign up for any of our summer programs, please download the Summer Registration Form, complete and send it in via mail or fax. To take advantage of the advanced registration for 2008-2009 private lessons today, please download our Advanced Registration Form. After August 1st, please download the General Registration Form to enroll in any of our year long classes. Make sure to fill the registration form out completely and to sign it. Incomplete paperwork will delay the registration process. -OR- Register by telephone at 425-644-0988 Committing to private lessons should be seen as a very exciting opportunity and Music Works is here to help facilitate that experience. There are a number of different elements that should be taken into consideration when contemplating private instruction, but here are a few we feel you should know immediately: Once you have decided that private instruction is for you, give us a call at 425-644-0988 and we can begin the process of finding a great instructor/student match.
