Career Oportunities at Music Works Northwest
We are currently looking to fill the following positions:
Position Title: Assistant Registration Coordinator
Status: Part Time (10 hours a week except 40 hours a week between Aug. 25th till Sept. 12th)
Reports To: Director of Operations
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all registration duties and processes for private/group instruction, classes, workshops, camps and other music programs. Register students, accept payments, distribute registration related information (class lists, enrollments, schedules, mailing lists, demographics, etc), communicate with program team, answer phone, assist with reception and manage student accounts.
- Provide direct customer service to visitors, students and faculty regarding Music Works registration and program matters. Provide timely answers to questions and guidance in policies, procedures and customer service. Be available to greet students, visitors and faculty and direct them to appropriate departments/individuals.
- Assist with billings, including collections, past due accounts and credit card processing.
- Open mail and distribute to appropriate Departments and/or individuals on a timely basis.
- Support Accounting Department with timely reports, research, processing and other related matters.
- Maintain organized registration files, records and documented procedures
- Operate within a team environment in assisting all Music Works staff with support and timely responses.
Take initiative for procedural improvements including implementation.
- Other related duties as assigned by appropriate staff.
Requirements:
- Education in Business Administration or related discipline
- A minimum of two years of experience interacting with clients and assisting customers
- Service oriented attitude
- A passion for music education
- Schedule flexibility
- Disciplined and results oriented
- Knowledge of the Quickbooks software a definite advantage

- Voice teacher for group classes and young voices available weekdays
- Extended care for July 7 - August 8 from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
