Zak Borden has been a sought-after instructor of mandolin and guitar for over 15 years in the Northwest U.S. and beyond. His deep love and passion for music has pulled him across the U.S. and Europe playing diverse styles of music from Bluegrass and Old Timey to Indie rock and Jazz. He has taught at many major camps and festivals including a faculty spot at The Festival of American Fiddle Tunes. Zak has worked alongside Bass master Buell Neidlinger, Bluegrass Grammy Nominee Kate Mackenzie, rockers The Watson Twins, Willy Mason and Casey Neill, folk diva Tracy Grammer among many others.
